All SDA curriculum starts with introduction of the basics - rudiments and age appropriate stretching/conditioning. This allows for younger dancers to gain confidence, and encourages older dancers to really focus on the mechanics

Each DONE FOR YOU SDA curriculum theme includes:
- 50+ minutes of age/developmentally appropriate movement/music.

- coordinating "fun" extras like coloring pages or activities
SDA curriculum incorporates traditional ballet school elements, brain dance concepts and follows the list of standards set in the Georgia Standards of Excellence.
Use of props is encouraged and each curriculum comes with a suggested list of theme specific props that compliment movement/skills being taught. We call it "Props with a Purpose!"
